Subject: The new ways

Due to the efforts of a few mortals I have decided that the
time is right to allow people to create new items from their
surroundings. the first step to this will be the addition of
Herbalisim skills to the ranks of the mortals.

Monks will keep charge of this new realm to start with. I have also
created Arcana skills, the mixing of spell components to make items
of wonderous power, this shall be the realm of the Wizards.

In line with the growing depth of emotion within the mortal
community I have also tasked Vasari with creating rings of engagement
and betrothal.
